Anna Mockler For Bremerton City Council #6

Mockler4Bremerton6@riseup.net

I’m running for re-election to keep being your voice at City Hall. I’ll keep working for more transparent, responsive government, affordable housing, safe streets for all, and for a livable, walkable, bikeable Bremerton with respect for human dignity.

I work to open City actions to you. I’ve held monthly in-person Townhalls since 2022. I’m a strong voice on Council to represent the people who live here. Now, most planned street projects are on our website, Councilors are more reachable, and public budget workshops are scheduled, so you can help direct where and how your money is spent.

We desperately need more affordable housing. Under my direction, we’re finding surplus City-owned properties suitable for affordable housing, especially for the 40% of households who earn less than $40,000. Mills Crossing, 36 townhomes for unhoused families, opened this summer.

Safe streets build strong communities. I’ve worked very hard to improve residential streets, not just arterials like Kitsap Way. We deserve streets safe for walkers, strollers, wheelchairs, and bikes, as well as cars. When we move slowly through neighborhoods, we get to know each other, building safer, stronger communities.  Vote for Anna Mockler by November 7th. I’ll keep representing you for a livable, responsive Bremerton.
